Training and cancellation terms.
Aircraft and club
Aircraft are provided by Countrywide Flyers at Orlando-Apopka Airport. Beyond a discovery flight, club membership is required for additional lessons. Aircraft rental is paid directly to the club through FlightCircle.
Independent instruction
Instruction services are provided by Christopher Aselin, an independent CFI and club member. Christopher Aselin is not employed by Countrywide Flyers. Instruction is paid directly to Christopher Aselin.
Instruction cancellation
If a flight or lesson is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson/flight time, the total scheduled block time may be charged for instruction.
Aircraft cancellation
The current club policy shown on the site applies an aircraft cancellation penalty if the flight is cancelled within one hour of the scheduled time, equal to one hour of flight time.
Operational cancellations
Flights may be cancelled or rescheduled because of weather, airspace limitations, unscheduled maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances. There is no charge for these operational cancellations.
